How to make Chapati (Roti)
Instructions
Add salt to the flour. Adding warm water gradually knead into a dough.Leave at room temperature for half an hour. Then divide it evenly into 6 parts.
Roll out into flat chapati as thin as possible. Cook over preheated pan (tawa)
Can also be frozen after baking for later use.
Ingredients
- 2 cups wheat flour
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1 cup warm water
